CTC training provides a thorough introduction to the practices of Patient Navigation. It provides very good learning materials and it enhanced my practice as a Patient Guide. My tutor was always encouraging and very positive.

The training helped to standardize the day-to-day work of the interpreting staff. It has clarified what is expected of them, everything from positioning to how to reach out to patients, before and after the appointment. There are more discussions in the staff room about the professional standards of behavior.

I truly enjoyed my experience of taking the BTG training. The trainer was a wonderful instructor, very dynamic, and had a great sense of humor.
