We have changed our shipping vendors in order to reduce shipping costs. If you are ordering 10 or more books, your actual shipping and handling costs might be less than what you see displayed. Your invoice or sales receipt will show the actual lower charges, if applicable. Please contact Ishani@xculture.org with any questions.  We are in the process of updating our online store and with the new store what you see as the shipping & handling costs on your screen will match the actual costs.

How to Order

You need to sign into your user account to purchase items from the store or set up a new account if you do not already have one.

If you have already done one of the steps mentioned below, then you are all set to log into your CCHCP user account and place your order.

First Time and Guest Users:

Please create a new user account by entering your information in the “Register” option of the store’s home page. Do not enter anything into the “Business ID” section. Save your login credentials for future purchases.

Bridging the Gap Licensed Organizations:

Creating a New Account

Bridging the Gap licensed organizations will need to set up a new account, even if they had an account through our previous store. Please create a new user account by entering your information in the “Register” option of the store’s home page. Licensed organizations must enter their organization’s Business ID (this is the Taxpayer Identification Number listed on your organization’s W9). Please be sure to save your login credentials for future purchases.

Use your email and password to access your account.

Placing Your Order Online

Once you have added all the publications you’d like to purchase to your cart, click on “Cart” to adjust the quantity of each book. After changing the quantity, click “Update Cart” before proceeding to check out.

Getting Your Licensed Organization Discount

In order to receive the 15% discount on publications, you must have entered in your organization’s Business ID when setting up your account (this is the Taxpayer Identification Number listed on your organization’s W9). Once your organization has become licensed to train Bridging the Gap and you have set up your store account, your discount will automatically be applied to your orders.

Paying

As a licensed organization, you have the option of paying for online orders by invoice or purchase order.
