Domestic Orders (within USA): Shipped via USPS media mail or UPS Ground Service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive within the US.
Important notice to BTG licensed organizations: To ensure on time delivery please place your orders 4 weeks in advance of the desired delivery date. An additional 15% printing charge will have to be added to the cost of any order received past the required four week ordering schedule. Express shipping and handling fees will be charged if expedited delivery is requested.
Please note: Store will only calculate shipping and handling rates for domestic orders. For shipping and handling rates for international orders please email email@example.com with your delivery address, number & name of the publications prior to ordering. Ishani will send you the correct shipping and handling rate for your address.

The Cross Cultural Health Care Program store hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, except for U.S. holidays. We make every attempt to fill orders as soon as they are received in our office. However, our organization is a small non-profit and this means our service levels cannot always match those achieved by large online retailers.
We do not offer overnight or second-day shipping online. Please call us at (206) 860-0329 during our business hours if you need to have an order shipped in special way and we will arrange expedited shipping and payment with you.
We will accept returns of undamaged publications for a full refund less the shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 30% of the publication price. We do not accept returns of videos/DVDs. If the video/DVD is found defective by customer, we will replace the product, not refund the purchase price.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, organization, mailing address and the reason you are returning the book. We will issue you an authorization return number before you can return your book.
Return shipping of unwanted or defective products to CCHCP is the customer's responsibility. CCHCP will issue the refund upon receipt of the undamaged publication with a valid return authorization number. We strongly advise customers ship returns via United Parcel Service or other shipper which can track the shipment. CCHCP cannot be responsible for issuing a refund until the item has been returned to our office.
